KIDS BOXING (off for summer, taking waitlist for Fall)
Kids can get a fun, challenging workout learning how to box with proper technique. They will be coached on stance, how to throw every punch correctly and safely, footwork, defensive movement, blocks, slips, rolls, etc. Class begins with a stretch, warm up and jump rope. After rounds on the heavy bag and individual mitt work, we will cool down and work on abs and body weight resistance.
CARDIO BOXING Thursday 5:45pm
Enjoy a cardio boxing workout, learning proper technique, stance, footwork, offensive and defensive movements. Warm up, shadowbox, rounds on the heavy bag, individual mitt work, core work and cool down!
